I was particularly struck by how fast Verse is to react to a new order. Confirmation and further information is texted to the patient within that same day. Follow up information is texted to the patient in near real time.
The trust, and freedom of mind, of knowing that my supplier is all over my order and that I will get it within a day or so is golden to me.
Top quality products that are not routinely available.
Great people doing a thankless job.

It is impossible for me to overstate just how incredible MedCentris and all of their staff are. I can say with complete confidence that my experience with them has been absolutely the best experience with any type of medical care that I’ve ever had. So excellent, that I am almost glad that I had to seek out their care. I did not know that such people still existed, such a Company existed, that actually cared about the patient and put the patient first and foremost. The moment you walk into the door, until the moment you leave, you are treated so well that you almost feel guilty. I love these people. And when I needed supplies? They were on my doorstep the very next day. When I needed a form filled out on my behalf for short term disability? It was done immediately the same day, and not only done but way above and beyond on my behalf. If you are reading this review, there is no other place that you should ever look for wound Care other than the staff at MedCentris.

I spoke with a tech named Gary. The guy was extremely rude and mocked me the entire conversation. I only received half the medical supplies needed for the month, and they sent me the wrong size bandages for my wound. On top of all this, Gary, said it would take a few weeks to email a return label! Who takes a few weeks to email a return label? Sounds like they just want to bill my insurance before the item can be returned! What a nasty company to deal with!

They were good at first but recently not so good! Usually my wound care doctor orders me the Aquacel and Excel Sap dressing for HS...they told me that my insurance didn't cover the Aquacel 6×6...when I finally received the package (later than usual) they sent the Aquacel but not the Excel Sap, 6×7! Now I have no secure dressing for certain areas....I agree that JESSICA is something else!!!
