Anfangs war ich etwas verunsichert, weil ich auf zig Mails nie eine Antwort vom Support erhalten habe (es ging um den korrekte HS Code für elektronische Geräte) - aber dann hab ich meine Handy Nr hinterlassen und wurde direkt per WhatsApp kontaktiert und alle meine Fragen beantwortet. Somit dann doch ganz positiver Support. Die Webseite ist leider nicht mobile optimiert und viele Funktionen klappen auf einem Handy Browser nicht, aber auf einem Desktop Browser dann ohne Probleme. Wenn man es weiß und die Möglichkeit hat dorthin auszuweichen, passt das.
Vergleiche zu anderen Anbietern kann ich nicht ziehen. Meine Lieferung steht auch noch aus.

Been reaching out to customer service for more than two weeks and on email across two months, they really don't seem to care about missing packages. Tracking number shows its delivered and they delay uploading them to your suits.

The service is getting pathetic, on a daily basis I have to send reminders/follow ups. All I get is "we will check today", or "let me check" and then they go silent only two follow up in the following day and repeat the same thing. Pathetic.

Doing business with this group is letterly a waste of time!!

I made the consolidation request and paid for the shipment on 7th Nov 2024, and they did not ship the package until 11th Dec 2024. More than a month!!! What are you shipping?! An elephant?!!!!!!!

Not responding to my emails, not responding in direct chat, and no response on WhatsApp. Nothing!!

I told them multiple times after trying and trying to catch a response if you are not going to ship the package, then move it back to the storage so I can request a return before the return window is closed, and they promised to ship it.
But they wasted my time, I lost the return window, and now the shipment is not going to ship.
Unimaginably unprofessional, disorganized, and careless group.

Save your time and money and look for another forwarding agency.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Have had a package marked delivered by USPS but never appeared in my storage. Reached out to customer service 5+ times over the course of a week and spent more than 3 hours on the chat function trying to resolve the issue. Despite assurances that they'd get back to me via email, have never received an update on the package and had to follow-up myself repeatedly. Service works fine when there are no issues, but customer service is so bad I will not continue using them.

Terrible service. I do not recommend. They were not able to send one of my packages outside they US but they did not inform me. After 8 days it seemed freeze on the website I contacted then and only then did they inform me they cannot send the item. From there it was a month!! long process to change the shipping adress with very unclear and not communicative customer service

There are several options for choosing carriers with different prices.

They are super fast, but my country is quite borocrat, it steals a lot of time for delivery.

There is something that your company needs to improve in case of service.
There's a lot of delay, which is not good.

I hope there will be improvements in care.

Update…….Don’t waste your time calling or using the “chat” on website. You get better response using Messenger/Facebook. Issues have been resolved, but getting registered/shipping address added/ and setting up a credit card for payment is a very slow process.

Horrible customer service and impossible to get in contact with anyone. Online chat is brutal no one ever answers. Tried calling their office goes to voice mail, get a text saying “we missed your call how can we help” then goes quiet and no response when you say you need help.
