Went to this location couple of times. The manager Karim was nice and professional and also he treats his staff kindly and professionally what I observed. He works and runs around a lot from paperwork to actual labor work, he does it all.

Some of the staff could care a bit more about the service because I wasted quite a bit of time because of this.

But overall still five stars because of Karim's help. Thanks

My experience here took four hours. The employees seemingly move in slow motion. The cashier needs to be retrained in customer service. He bordered on rude. I did the paperwork which has you give your approval signature l without giving you an initial copy. Our car sat for two hours without attention or explanation.
Finally after the third hour the work began.
The cashier asked “do you want a wheel alignment?” I had to ask if it was complimentary so the cashier chastises me for not seeing the sign. I got my car back with four new? tires with some kind of paste on the tires and the hubcaps. I will never come back to this business again. I will also tell everyone I know to do the same.

Waited an hour, the max time stated. At the hour mark he said every tech took lunch when I arrived. Great to have known prior. At that point he couldn't give a time just that there was still a car in front. I left. Writing this at Liberty Tires who immediately serviced my simple tire rotation. Ill be out in 20 minutes. Try Liberty on Venice in Culver, local company and good folks. Only 8 minutes from this Just tires place in Sepulveda. Cheaper too. Cheers.

I had a nail in my tire. They were very busy but got me in and out very fast. They fixed the tire with the nail, balance all of my tires to the sensor. Inflated one tire that was low. When the temperature drop so does the air in your tires. They made sure all of the tires were properly inflated. On a busy afternoon, I was in and out in 30 minutes. As soon as one vehicle was completed and ready to pull out another vehicle pulled in for servicing. They also gave me a quote for replacing of all four tires when I’m ready to replace my tires.

Please avoid this location at all costs. I live two blocks away from this store and they are never willing to work. They have never been able to do anything for me or anyone I know. They will either ask you to wait 3 to 4 hours for a simple tire repair or ask you to come back the next day. This has happened to me four times now and it is the last straw. You can see the laziness and ill will in the employees. Don't waste your time with this place.

Decent place, nice group of employees that get the job done right the first time.

Don't expect fast to be mixed in with right. They are.methodical and careful. Great to see in this age of fast and usually sloppy work.

After an experience at Firestone that left me with an inaccurate diagnosis of issues on my car I knew I needed to locate a Just Tires nearby as I had gone to them a few times before for an oil change and some other routine repair. As soon as I came in, I had explained that I was noticing problems with my steering wheel shaking when I braked and that I was told it was a leak in my power steering fluid. Immediately Carlos who was helping get info on my car said that sounds like an issue with my breaks not the fluid, but they would check everything first before telling me their recommendations.
As promised I received a timely call explaining my breaks were all worn down to 2mm (from originally being 12mm) I was shocked Firestone couldn’t catch something this drastic! Just Tires was able to fix up my breaks to prime condition and get me back on the road in only a few hours, not only that they were transparent about pricing, giving me an accurate quote and including discounts being offered saving me a nice amount on the service. Carlos gave me honest advice about my car that made me feel confident in the repairs I had paid for along with a a timeline for suggested other maintenance I could come back for and when. Immediately driving off the lot I could feel the difference in my brakes, I am so grateful for their help and ensuring my vehicle was safe to drive. I would highly recommend JustTires to anyone wanting to do a quick check on their car (which is a free inspection), routine oil change or any bigger maintenance. They are honest, kind, and ready to help you get back on the road asap!

I had made an appointment for a synthetic blend oil change using a coupon for $27. When I arrived, the man at the counter informed me that they didn't stock that blend, that none of the nearby Just Tires did, and the next cheapest option was a whopping $91 (after the discount!). Following this attempt at a bait and switch I didn't trust them with my car and left.

It's completely unacceptable that they would take appointments for a service they don't actually offer. I'll be avoiding Just Tires from now on.
